Hotel Cristina, Limone sul Garda

The hotel is situated on a pretty steep hill but offers extraordinary views of Lake Garda from the balcony and common areas. The staff are sweet and always have a smile, making for a friendly atmosphere. The rooms, though air-conditioned, were very cold at night, and when I requested heating, I was informed that there is no heating available in Italy, but the management did offer an additional sofa bed as advertised.

The hotel offers clean and spacious rooms with a lovely view of the lake from the private terrace balcony. The staff is friendly overall, but there were some instances of unfriendliness and unhelpful behavior. The location is in a wonderful position, providing panoramic views for photography enthusiasts. The dining experience is satisfactory with a buffet-style option. The facilities are functional and of good quality, catering to guests' needs.

The hotel's location on top of a pretty steep hill offers fabulous views over Limone Sul Garda and Lake Garda, but the surrounding area was not as lovely. The service was very helpful and polite, complemented by the stunning views of Lake Garda, but there were some misunderstandings with our complaints. The dining seemed a bit pricey initially but turned out to be worth it, although some dishes were not up to par. However, my room with a view of Lago di Garda was amazing, even though the price seemed a bit high.
